The Arrival of the Chairs!

After a 2 year process of proposals, conversations, Vestry voting, Church/Chapel Reconfiguration Committee Meetings, and tracking the shipping from Ireland to Montreal to Vancouver...

The new St. Catherine's chairs finally arrived at our door! 

These chairs come to us from ICS Church Furnishers. After a thorough process led by Gordon Lee, the parish selected the ICON 40 chair. We are grateful in particular to Martha Clancy at ICS Church Furnishers for her work with us.

Notable thanks to Gordon Lee for leading the process, the Reconfiguration Committee: Kim Mead, Rhonda Garton, Pip Stigger, Chris Wensley, Janet Benjamin, Lois MacGregor and Rev. Sharon. With thanks to Natasha Stegemann for working with the shipping company to coordinate a smooth arrival, Ashkon Vahedi, Marion Porter, Ethan Spence and Cody Spence for unloading the crates and setting up the chairs.
