Shrove Tuesday - Pancake Fundraising Update

P.W.R.D.F. is the Anglican Church of Canada's agency for sustainable development and relief throughout the world.

40 days leading up to Easter. Lent was traditionally a time of prayer, fasting and penance, so one ate pancakes to use up the rich foods before the fasting started.

This year, we cooked up pancakes in our own homes!   

Thank you to those who sent an email to the office @ scadmin@shaw.ca and donations of $5. for every pancake  you eat, $2 for children's pancakes.

We have raised over $501.00. Lets keep it going.
