Heather Peacock and Brenda Stenson belong to a group of some Anglicans and some non church goers who are sponsoring an Afghan family.
You may know some of the others - Peggy and Sue were long time St. Catherine’s members and Peggy is now a deacon at St. Clements. Christie is the choir director at St. John’s.
They are on a short timeline as the government is moving quickly to get the Afghan refugees out.
