The Season of Creation begins officially on September 1, 2023 and lasts until the feast of St. Francis on October 4. During this special season, faithful Anglicans and their parishes are especially invited to celebrate, mourn, and collaborate with God's vibrant and fragile Creation. Rev. Joyce Parry Moore, Minister for Climate Justice, Diocese of New Westminster
At St Catherine's, we have been honouring this special season, since 2019. As we move into the Season of Creation this year, I invite you to pray, to gather for worship, and to act as faithful kin to creation. Part of our continued committment to love and act justly is to take the time each year to review our lifestyle habits and practices; to make one or two manageable changes and/or to add a practice to enhance the environment.
